  • Ocra is at the forefront of revolutionizing the parking industry by leveraging cutting-edge AI and a robust Global Distribution System (GDS) to transform underutilized hotel parking assets into significant revenue streams. Our innovative Revenue Management System (RMS) empowers hotels to tap into the lucrative market of non-guest parking, particularly for airport and event venue proximity, without burdening their staff or disrupting existing operations. We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic, remote team and take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of Ocra's valued clients.
  • As a Strategic Account Manager, you will transcend the traditional client success role. You will act as a data-driven consultant and a trusted advisor, proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive substantial revenue growth for our hotel partners. Your core mission will be to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and diligently mitigate churn risk, ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of our clients. A critical aspect of this role involves serving as the vital link between Ocra's sophisticated Revenue Optimization Management (ROM) team and our clients. You will be responsible for translating complex data analytics and pricing strategies into clear, actionable, and compelling business strategies that resonate with executive leadership.
  • You will be the primary advocate for your clients within Ocra, championing their needs and ensuring their voices are heard across all relevant departments. Simultaneously, you will be the external face of Ocra's revenue strategy, articulating our value proposition and guiding clients towards optimal outcomes. This dual role requires exceptional communication, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of both client business objectives and Ocra's capabilities.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire post-sale client lifecycle, demanding close collaboration with internal teams to manage key stages effectively:
  • **Strategic Onboarding & Account Planning:**
  • You will collaborate closely with the Sales team during the pre-launch phase to refine agreements and meticulously define success criteria tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
  • You will expertly oversee the post-sale handoff, working in tandem with the Activations team to guarantee a seamless technical onboarding experience and to thoroughly educate clients on the full spectrum of Ocra's CoPilot capabilities.
  • A cornerstone of your role will be the development and diligent maintenance of comprehensive, long-term strategic Account Plans for every client. These plans will serve as roadmaps, aligning client business objectives with Ocra's powerful solutions and ensuring continuous value realization.
  • **Data-Driven Strategy & Value Realization:**
  • You will serve as the principal strategic partner and the go-to point of contact for your assigned client portfolio, fostering deep and enduring relationships.
  • In close partnership with the Revenue Optimization team, you will meticulously analyze performance data. Your expertise will be crucial in translating intricate pricing strategies and nuanced market insights into clear, persuasive, and easily digestible narratives for client executives.
  • You will lead impactful, executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). These sessions will not only showcase client performance and demonstrate tangible ROI but will also proactively recommend strategic initiatives designed to accelerate revenue growth.
  • You will collaborate with the CoPilot team to conceptualize, develop, and implement these data-driven growth strategies, ensuring they are effectively executed for maximum client benefit.
  • You will actively identify opportunities to generate compelling case studies and other client success stories, working with the Marketing team to leverage these assets for brand awareness and demand generation campaigns.
  • **Commercial Ownership & Advocacy:**
  • You will assume complete ownership of your portfolio's commercial health. This includes proactively managing the renewal process, navigating contract negotiations with skill and precision, and ensuring high retention rates.
  • You will be a key driver of portfolio growth by identifying and sourcing valuable upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working collaboratively with the Sales team to expand Ocra's footprint within existing accounts.
  • You will act as the indispensable 'voice of the customer' internally. This involves effectively escalating client-related roadblocks and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure that client needs and feedback are consistently met and integrated into our development processes.
  • This role is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and possesses a genuine passion for client advocacy and achieving measurable business outcomes. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of parking revenue management for our hotel partners.
