- • As a Strategic Account Manager at Pebl Technologies Inc., you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding enterprise accounts across global markets, directly contributing to the company’s mission of enabling compliant, scalable international hiring through its AI-powered Global Work Platform™.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining territory-specific account plans, executing strategic outbound activities to identify and win new enterprise clients, building relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CFOs, CHROs, etc.), forecasting revenue metrics, and leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- • Pebl is a fast-growing, compliance-focused global work platform backed by over a decade of expertise in international employment law and HR technology, empowering businesses to hire, pay, and manage talent in 185+ countries while minimizing risk and administrative burden.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise sales, global workforce solutions, and consultative selling; sharpen your executive engagement and storytelling abilities; and gain ownership over high-impact accounts that shape the future of global work—positioning you for leadership growth within a mission-driven, innovative organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience focused on commercial and enterprise customers
- • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles and consistently exceed revenue targets
- • Skilled in consultative, value-based selling that uncovers business priorities and positions solutions against measurable outcomes
- • Comfortable building relationships with and presenting to executive stakeholders including CFOs, CHROs, and senior business leaders
- • Experience in global employment, Employer of Record (EOR), HR technology, or workforce solutions is preferred
- • Self-motivated, highly accountable ownership mentality with strong business acumen and bias toward action in fast-paced environments
