  • • As a Strategic Account Manager at Wheel Health Inc., you will play a vital role in nurturing and growing relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing retention, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities in the virtual healthcare space.
  • • Day to day, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client relationships, gathering feedback for product improvement, developing strategic account plans, leading contract renewals, coordinating onboarding with implementation teams, and collaborating with sales and internal teams to execute growth initiatives.
  • • Wheel Health Inc. is evolving the traditional care ecosystem by providing innovative companies with a premier platform to deliver high-quality virtual care at scale, offering configurable virtual care programs, an intuitive consumer interface, and access to a nationwide network of board-certified clinicians to foster consumer engagement and maximize ROI.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in virtual health products, strengthen your strategic business acumen, enhance your ability to drive account growth and retention, and build long-term partnerships with enterprise-level healthcare organizations while contributing to product improvement through client insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5-7+ years of experience in account management or customer success roles, preferably within digital health or life sciences industries
  • • 4+ years of experience in healthcare, ideally working with large or enterprise-level organizations
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels of an organization
  • • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed account retention and growth targets
  • • Knowledge of the digital health landscape, healthcare trends, and familiarity with CRM software
