- • As a Strategic Account Manager specializing in the Distribution sector at Epicor Software Corporation, you will be instrumental in cultivating and expanding relationships with our existing and prospective strategic customer base. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through a consultative sales approach, focusing on longer sales cycle accounts where deep understanding and sustained engagement are key to success.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to gain access to key decision-makers within strategic accounts, meticulously develop robust relationships, and build a consistent pipeline of opportunities. This involves understanding the unique challenges and objectives of each client within the distribution industry and aligning Epicor's comprehensive suite of ERP solutions to meet those needs.
- • You will act as the central point of contact, coordinating and orchestrating the involvement of various internal cross-functional teams, including pre-sales engineers, product specialists, customer success managers, and support staff. This collaborative effort is essential to ensure that account performance objectives are met and that customer needs are addressed with precision and efficiency.
