- • The Strategic Account Manager drives revenue growth within a portfolio of high-value named accounts, focusing on U.S. Federal agencies and programs to deepen relationships, expand platform adoption, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Sphera’s cloud solutions.
- • Day to day, the role involves nurturing and growing strategic accounts, developing deep client insights, owning the sales cycle from opportunity to closure, coordinating post-sale implementation, building strategic account plans, conducting annual reviews, maintaining industry expertise, strengthening stakeholder relationships, navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying processes, and translating business challenges into strategic solution proposals.
