- • The Strategic Account Manager (Healthcare) serves as the primary relationship lead for one of Cobot’s most strategic enterprise customers, driving long-term account growth and ensuring alignment across stakeholders in complex healthcare environments.
- • Day to day, the role involves serving as the main point of contact across multiple customer stakeholders, building trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and executive leaders, mapping influence networks, and coordinating internally with Sales, Flywheel, and Deployment teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- • Cobot GmbH (operating as Collaborative Robotics) is a team of innovators redefining human-robot interaction, creating robots that adapt and react around humans as trusted extensions of their surroundings, with a mission to strengthen and expand strategic partnerships in healthcare.
- • In this role, the person will develop deep expertise in healthcare systems and stakeholder dynamics, drive account expansion through renewals and new use cases, and grow as a trusted advisor and internal customer advocate while working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10 years of experience in account management, enterprise customer success, consulting, or other customer-facing roles
- • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare stakeholder environments
- • Experience managing complex enterprise healthcare relationships with multiple stakeholders including operational, clinical, and executive leaders
- • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to quickly establish trust with senior stakeholders
- • Ability to navigate large organizations, influence outcomes without direct authority, and drive progress while managing multiple initiatives
- • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills
- • Willingness to travel 65% of the time unless based in Minneapolis
- • Must have and maintain US work authorization
