Strategic Account Manager, Industrial Machinery Sales

📋 Description

• • As a Strategic Account Manager for Nordson Health Care Manufacturing, you will develop and manage strategic initiatives within key accounts in the Nordson IPS, Packaging Division (Americas) business segment, driving profitable revenue growth through the execution of the Nordson Ascend Growth strategy.
• • Day to day, you will strategize, blueprint, implement and manage evolutionary growth plans for top customers, develop and execute account-specific programs, identify and build relationships with influential customer contacts, establish rules of engagement from C-level to plant-site, negotiate corporate partnership agreements, coordinate annual pricing platforms, manage capital projects from inception to installation, update revenue status against plan, pursue competitive product replacements via the Nordson NBS Customer Success model, align top products with customer processes, execute white space initiatives, maintain and cleanse the key account database, collaborate with internal stakeholders, interface with OEM and technical service teams, build vendor and customer-centric relationships, apply industry knowledge of market changes and competitor activities, utilize SAP and C4C for customer file management, maintain deep product and pricing knowledge, and prepare timely reports.
