- • Strategic Advisor, Benchmarking is a senior, part-time role (40% FTE) supporting Clarivate’s CMR International team in driving high-impact, in-person customer dialogue around benchmarking data and advisory services, directly influencing the evolution of membership and advisory offerings for top pharmaceutical clients.
- • The role leverages deep industry expertise to shape strategic customer engagements, translate complex benchmarking datasets into actionable insights, and support business development by convincing C-suite leaders of the value of CMR’s membership programmes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading strategic consultations with key pharmaceutical clients to facilitate deep-dive discussions on CMR benchmarking data and programme membership, leveraging senior leadership networks to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- • Acting as a thought partner to the CMR team, the advisor contributes to shaping the future of Global R&D and Clinical programmes by providing expert consultation and strategic input on offering evolution.
- • A core function is knowledge translation: generating high-impact content such as white papers, articles, and presentations that reinforce Clarivate’s position as a leader in R&D benchmarking and industry discourse.
- • The role requires proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) to develop and deliver professional presentations and reports that communicate complex value propositions effectively.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific or business field
- • 10 years of relevant leadership experience in portfolio management, clinical operations, or benchmarking within a Top 20 pharmaceutical company or a Top 5 global consultancy
- • Proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders to communicate complex value propositions and drive business growth
- • Advanced skills in interpreting large-scale benchmarking datasets to provide nuanced strategic insights addressing pressing challenges in life sciences R&D and operations
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
