- • Strategic Advisor, Enterprise, Rentals role at Zillow Group focused on driving exponential growth in the Rentals marketplace by managing relationships with the largest Enterprise partners and achieving strong net book growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing relationships and growth of Rentals’s largest Enterprise partners, performing presentations with key decision makers to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, conducting business reviews with clients, owning and nurturing a book of business, serving as a coach and mentor to Multifamily clients, facilitating positive client experiences, demonstrating knowledge of industry trends, participating in industry events, meeting and exceeding quarterly goals, being an expert in Zillow Rentals Network products, representing the voice of the customer internally, providing internal leadership through mentoring, acting as a strategic contributor to enterprise go-to-market evolution, and operating with high autonomy on cross-functional workstreams.
- • The Rentals Sales Team is dedicated to delivering top-notch advertising solutions and business consultation for Multi-Family partners, composed of passionate and high-energy professionals committed to helping Zillow Group users make informed decisions about buying, renting, owning, and selling homes. The team collaborates with the largest owners and operators of rental properties across the United States, facilitating connections between rental shoppers and their next home through innovative technology solutions, strategic data insights, and comprehensive training and development.
- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve deep expertise in enterprise sales strategy, develop advanced consulting and presentation skills for C-suite audiences, master data-driven client business reviews using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Google Analytics, gain influence over product roadmaps and marketing strategies through customer advocacy, build leadership capabilities by mentoring peers and shaping organizational best practices, and drive measurable impact on client retention, growth, and product adoption while operating with significant autonomy in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
