📋 Description

• • Strategic AI adoption lead responsible for owning deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio, embedding deeply into customer organizations to understand business objectives and build programs that turn AI investment into measurable outcomes.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer use cases and success metrics, building and co-developing custom AI solutions, designing and executing activation strategies, implementing champion programs and workshops, creating advocate networks, facilitating live and virtual training sessions, refining materials based on feedback, and collaborating cross-functionally to identify gaps and champion new training opportunities.
