- • Strategic AI transformation lead responsible for driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and measurable business impact for Fortune 50-100 clients, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and shaping how the world’s largest organizations leverage superintelligence to expand human capacity.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of strategic accounts while leading ROI and value initiatives in partnership with customer success managers; acting as a strategic transformation partner by setting vision and defining JTBD frameworks with leadership teams; building and maintaining C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor to prioritize AI initiatives; leading value realization through surveys, interviews, and business reviews to quantify P&L impact of AI adoption; orchestrating cross-functional programs across stakeholders, managing escalations, risk mitigation, and program updates; identifying expansion opportunities by anticipating customer needs and collaborating with sales on cross-sell and upsell; and scaling transformation best practices by developing reusable decks, frameworks, and communications for team-wide adoption.

- • The role offers the opportunity to build the playbook for enterprise AI transformation, directly influence WRITER’s product roadmap, and help define how global brands use superintelligence to drive full-scale value realization beyond experimentation, reporting to the director of AI transformation and success in a hybrid Chicago/Austin-based position.
🎯 Requirements
- • Over 10 years of experience in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies with a proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
- • Mastery of change management and strategic thinking, including the ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes and P&L impact.
- • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, enabling composed presentations to boards and effective leadership of cross-functional teams while resolving conflicts and driving alignment.
