📋 Description

• Strategic Alliances Manager, Workday role focused on scaling Deel’s partnership with Workday and its ecosystem across North Asia (ASEAN/GCR), driving demand, pipeline, and revenue through joint go-to-market motions.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the Workday North Asia relationship, driving partner-sourced pipeline, identifying and activating strategic ecosystem partners, building joint GTM plans, acting as business owner for Workday integrations, and managing deal velocity and conversion rates.
• Deel is a fast-growing, fully remote SaaS company with a $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR, operating in 150+ countries with a global team of 7,000+ across 100+ countries, recognized as a CNBC Disruptor 50 and Forbes Cloud 100 company.
