  • • Vendelux, a rapidly growing Series A SaaS company, is seeking a Strategic Business Operations Partner to join our dynamic team in New York City. We are revolutionizing the event marketing landscape by providing a system of record that empowers high-growth companies to discover the most impactful events and maximize their ROI. Our AI-powered platform is designed to be an event marketer's dream, offering proprietary insights that drive success. Founded in 2021 and backed by a $14 million Series A led by FirstMark, Vendelux boasts a leadership team with extensive experience from top-tier companies like Bain, ZoomInfo, and Shopify.
  • • This pivotal role operates at both a strategic and tactical level, serving as the crucial connective tissue across our Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Product teams. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, identifying and implementing solutions for inefficiencies, and ensuring the scalability of our business as we continue our rapid growth trajectory. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to multiple business functions, influence company-wide priorities, and directly shape the operational workflows that underpin our success.
  • • Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, encompassing the following key areas:
  • • **Program and Process Operationalization:** You will be responsible for standing up and operationalizing new programs, processes, and operating models across the entire business. This involves taking concepts from ideation through to successful execution, ensuring they are pragmatic, repeatable, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • • **Identifying and Solving Inefficiencies:** A core part of this role is proactively identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for scaling within our current operations. You will then design and implement practical, sustainable solutions to address these challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • • **Strategic Planning and Analysis:** You will partner closely with leadership teams to support strategic analyses, contribute to planning cycles, and drive alignment on cross-company priorities. This requires a keen ability to understand the broader business context and translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans.
  • • **Performance Monitoring and Deep Dives:** You will play a key role in monitoring overall business performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes conducting deep dives into data to uncover root causes of performance trends, identify areas for optimization, and surface new opportunities for growth.
  • • **Data-Driven Insights and Recommendations:** A critical function of this role is to translate complex data into clear, concise insights and actionable recommendations. You will present findings to stakeholders at various levels, influencing decision-making and driving data-informed strategies.
  • • **Enhancing Cross-Functional Coordination:** You will work to improve inter-departmental coordination by clarifying ownership of processes, strengthening handoff procedures between teams, and tightening communication flows. This ensures seamless collaboration and efficient execution of initiatives.
  • • **Trusted Operator and Execution Support:** As a trusted member of the operations team, you will be expected to jump in wherever needed to ensure that critical initiatives stay on track and are executed effectively. This hands-on approach is vital in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • • **Shaping Workflows and Influencing Priorities:** This role offers a significant opportunity to influence company-wide priorities and shape the operational workflows that enable our business to scale. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our ability to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
  • • This is a full-time, onsite position based at our vibrant NYC headquarters, offering a unique chance to be at the heart of a thriving SaaS company.
