- • As a Strategic Channel Account Manager at HackerOne, you will drive strategic partner growth across the UK and broader EMEA region, owning a portfolio of high-impact channel partners and developing long-term revenue strategies in a highly autonomous, individual contributor role.
- • Day to day, you will own and evolve the strategic channel ecosystem, drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through joint business plans and pipeline strategies, design and scale partner enablement programs using AI-driven tools, lead partners and internal stakeholders through changing market conditions, influence regional go-to-market strategy with sales, marketing, and product teams, analyze partner performance and market signals to identify growth opportunities, negotiate strategic partner agreements, and act as a trusted advisor to partner executives on security strategy and investment priorities.

- • In this role, you will shape partner engagement models, influence go-to-market strategy, drive measurable business outcomes, and expand HackerOne’s ecosystem while scaling partner effectiveness. You will develop expertise in strategic channel management within a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS environment, leveraging AI-powered tools and modern sales practices to accelerate deal cycles and create long-term value through structured partner agreements.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in channel account management, partnerships, or indirect sales within SaaS or cybersecurity
- • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships and complex partner ecosystems
- • Experience managing and growing key regional or national partners within the UK or EMEA market
- • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and business outcomes
- • Experience in cybersecurity, offensive security, or services such as penetration testing or consulting (preferred)
- • Experience designing or scaling partner programs in a high-growth SaaS environment (preferred)
