- • Strategic Customer Advisor at Databricks Inc. is a high-impact, elite sales role focused on driving transformation in the company’s most complex, high-stakes customer opportunities.
- • Day to day, the advisor will spend equal time externally shaping customer vision, guiding executives, and driving deal outcomes, and internally advising, coaching, and raising the standard of the field by working alongside account teams and leaders.
- • The role operates within Databricks’ sales organization, supporting the company’s mission to unify and democratize data, analytics, and AI for over 10,000 global organizations, including more than 50% of the Fortune 500.
- • The person in this role will learn to operate at the executive layer with CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders, drive deal velocity in ambiguous, multi-threaded opportunities, coach high-performing sales teams, and scale winning strategies across global enablement forums.
🎯 Requirements
- • Background in Data & AI organizations in highly strategic sales roles
- • 10+ years with consistent top-tier performance in enterprise environments (Fortune 500 / Global 2000)
- • Experience leading large, complex, multi-year, multi-stakeholder deals
- • Executive presence with the ability to quickly establish credibility at the C-level
- • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across account teams, leadership, and partners
- • Experience coaching and elevating high-performing sales teams in live deal environments
