  • • As a Strategic Expansion Account Manager at RingCentral, you will drive revenue growth by expanding relationships with existing enterprise customers, leveraging the company’s $2B annual revenue and $93B market opportunity in UCaaS, Contact Center, and AI-powered solutions.
  • • Day to day, you will prospect, qualify, and close expansion sales within RingCentral’s installed base of enterprise clients, conduct product demonstrations, manage multi-stakeholder negotiations including C-suite executives, forecast and manage sales pipelines, and collaborate closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering teams to deliver on monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • • You will join RingCentral’s Enterprise Sales team, a high-performing, award-winning culture recognized as a Best Place to Work by Glassdoor and Top Work Culture by Comparably, where innovation in AI-powered communications (like RingSense AI) is backed by over $250M in annual R&D investment.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise cloud UC platforms, refine consultative selling techniques, master complex contract negotiations, and build a track record of exceeding targets—positioning you for advancement within a fast-growing, $93B market opportunity leader.
