- • As a Senior Finance Analyst at Speak AI Inc., you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the GTM and Talent & People teams, driving high-impact financial planning and analysis that directly influences business decisions in a fast-growing, AI-first language learning company backed by top-tier investors.
- • You will own end-to-end financial modeling for enterprise GTM, including ARR forecasting, P&L, quota capacity, and attainment models, while leading headcount and OPEX planning, supporting strategic initiatives like the Long Range Plan and compensation strategy, and turning ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- • You will join a mission-driven, globally distributed team at Speak AI, where your work will directly contribute to scaling a human-level AI language tutor that is transforming how millions learn languages across 15+ languages and 40+ countries.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in strategic finance within a high-growth tech environment, sharpen your ability to partner cross-functionally with GTM, RevOps, and People teams, and gain visibility into board-level planning while helping shape the financial trajectory of a company at a pivotal inflection point.
- • Your analyses will be foundational to Speak’s decision-making process — you’ll build clean, auditable models from scratch, leverage AI tools to enhance forecasting fidelity, and communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders, ensuring accountability and strategic alignment across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a comparable analytical role, with prior startup or high-growth tech experience strongly preferred.
- • Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including driver-based forecasting, scenario analysis, sensitivity tables, and the ability to build clean, auditable models from scratch.
- • Fluency in SaaS and B2B metrics such as ARR, NRR, LTV/CAC, payback period, quota capacity, and unit economics, with direct experience supporting full planning cycles (annual operating plan, quarterly re-forecasts, board/investor materials).
- • Strong written communication skills to structure analyses so non-finance stakeholders can understand, review, and act on them without translation.
- • High ownership and integrity — treating financial models and processes as opportunities to improve, not just maintain, and handling confidential data with discretion.
- • Ability to work with frontier AI tools and validate the fidelity of AI-generated outputs in financial contexts.
