- • As a Strategic Finance Associate at Verse Medical, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operational decision-making for a mission-driven healthcare technology company focused on delivering hospital-quality care at home.
- • You will build financial models and forecasting systems from the ground up, generate insights for executive decision-making, support cross-functional planning with Analytics, Finance, and BizOps teams, and lead initiatives that influence product, operations, and legal teams to solve complex business problems.
- • You will join a fast-growing, Series C-backed startup (backed by General Catalyst, SignalFire, and Sapphire Ventures) that values transparency, rapid iteration, deep customer empathy, and focused intensity in pursuit of healing a fragmented healthcare system.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to own end-to-end financial initiatives, develop strong executive communication skills, and grow into a strategic leader within a high-impact, values-driven organization at a major inflection point.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in banking, consulting, startup, or another rigorous professional environment
- • Strong quantitative literacy and commercial acumen
- • Ability to build financial systems and models from scratch with minimal guidance or in ambiguous environments
- • Comfort working directly with executive-level stakeholders both internally and externally
- • Willingness to prioritize rapid iteration and actionable insights over polished deliverables
- • Ideally some experience in healthcare and/or technology sectors
