📋 Description

• • Strategic Finance, GTM lead responsible for partnering with Sales and Marketing leaders to shape go-to-market strategy through financial planning, forecasting, and compensation design.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning revenue forecasting, sales capacity planning, quota setting, building and maintaining the GTM operating model, running budget-vs-actual analysis, delivering executive and board-ready analyses on pipeline health and segment ROI, partnering on sales compensation plan design, and managing commissions forecasting and reporting.
• • Baseten powers mission-critical AI inference for leading companies like Cursor, Notion, and OpenEvidence, providing flexible infrastructure and developer tooling to bring cutting-edge models into production; the company recently raised a $300M Series E and is backed by top-tier investors including BOND, IVP, and Spark Capital.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in consumption-based business modeling, influence GTM resource allocation at the leadership level, and build financial frameworks that directly impact revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth AI infrastructure company.
