- • Own financial planning and analysis, business partnering with commercial and product teams, unit economics optimization, and external strategic matters including investor relations and M&A support.
- • Join a fast-growing UK tech startup recognized as a Deloitte Fast 50 winner and LinkedIn Top Startup, building the AI operating system for social care with over £25m raised from tier 1 VCs.
- • Build the strategic finance function from scratch — design models, frameworks, reporting infrastructure, and tech stack — while driving cost efficiency, scaling reporting insights, and shaping leadership decision-making.
