• • As a Strategic Finance Lead at Solace, you will drive finance and strategy initiatives that directly impact the company’s mission to fix the broken U.S. healthcare system by supporting patient advocacy through expert guidance and data-driven decision-making.
• • You will own financial modeling and forecasting, lead annual and long-term planning cycles, prepare board reporting materials, partner with outsourced accounting for monthly close, and build automation into finance workflows while serving as a cross-functional liaison to ensure initiative success.
• • Solace is a Series C healthcare technology startup founded in 2022, backed by top-tier VCs including Inspired Capital and IVP, with a mission-driven, intense, and rapidly growing U.S.-based team focused on redefining patient navigation in healthcare.
