• • As a Strategic Finance Manager at Eight Sleep, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and performance for a mission-driven company revolutionizing sleep technology through data-driven hardware, software, and AI innovations.
• • You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis; build and maintain dynamic financial models for strategic planning and investment decisions; partner with functional leaders to define and track KPIs; develop ROI analyses for new product features and marketing initiatives; create executive and board-level financial presentations; lead monthly operating reviews; and support ad hoc business analysis and special projects.
