  • • As a Strategic Growth Executive at Notable Inc., you will own the full commercial relationship for a portfolio of enterprise healthcare customers across a defined Northeast territory, driving both customer outcomes and revenue growth through strategic expansion, new use cases, and executive partnership—making you a pivotal force in scaling Notable’s mission to impact 100 million patients by transforming healthcare productivity through AI.
  • • You will act as the single-threaded commercial owner for current and net new accounts, leading complex, consultative sales motions, building trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CIO, COO, CFO, clinical leaders), and serving as a strategic advisor who aligns Notable’s platform with customer priorities to deliver measurable ROI and long-term value.
  • • Notable is the leading healthcare AI platform transforming workforce productivity for health systems, hospitals, and payers—improving care quality, closing patient care gaps, driving enrollment and retention, and scaling growth without adding staff—offering you the chance to join a purpose-driven culture where your work directly improves lives and advances healthcare for humanity.
  • • You will operate as the "quarterback" across Customer Success, Solutions, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution, while prospecting new opportunities, owning commercial strategy (renewals, expansions), and feeding structured market and customer insights back to Product and Leadership to shape roadmap and go-to-market evolution.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep account plans that map stakeholders, uncover expansion opportunities, and build multi-year growth strategies—enabling you to master enterprise healthcare sales, refine executive storytelling with PowerPoint, leverage data to identify utilization gaps, and grow into a trusted strategic partner who shapes both customer strategy and Notable’s commercial evolution.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in enterprise SaaS, healthcare, customer success, management consulting, or a blended commercial role
  • • Direct healthcare industry experience with health systems, provider organizations, or complex healthcare entities, including a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape
  • • Proven ability to manage large, complex customers and navigate multi-threaded stakeholder environments in ambiguous settings
