  • • As a Strategic Growth Manager at Pitney Bowes, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue expansion and ensuring client retention within a designated commercial market segment. This pivotal role demands a proactive and strategic approach to both nurturing existing client relationships and acquiring new business within your assigned geographic territory, which encompasses North and East London, Essex, Hertfordshire, and the wider Home Counties.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to own customer retention performance by deepening relationships with current Pitney Bowes clients. This involves actively identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities, thereby increasing customer lifetime value and maximizing recurring revenue. You will be instrumental in reducing churn and ensuring the long-term success and loyalty of our client base.
  • • Simultaneously, you will lead initiatives focused on generating net-new revenue. This requires developing and executing targeted growth strategies that are precisely aligned with customer needs, current market dynamics, and our competitive positioning.
