  • • As a Strategic Implementation Partner at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), you will play a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s mission to deliver exceptional, high-value healthcare by leading strategic enterprise initiatives that improve patient, colleague, and member experiences while driving operational excellence and innovation across the network.
  • • You will serve as a trusted advisor and project management expert, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design, execute, and evaluate initiatives that align with LVHN’s vision, strategic goals, and performance improvement objectives, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainable change.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing, planning, delivering, and evaluating strategic enterprise initiatives using robust project management methodologies, tracking progress in enterprise project management systems, and ensuring standardized reporting and accountability across all phases of implementation.
  • • You will assess organizational performance gaps, conduct root cause and gap analyses using current-state data, identify opportunities for expense reduction and revenue growth, and leverage data interpretation to inform evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • • You will facilitate team meetings, document key actions and follow-ups, maintain accurate and accessible project documentation, identify and escalate risks and barriers, and serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely resolution of issues.
  • • You will execute short- and long-term departmental and divisional goals, strategies, and vision by fostering a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and accountability, while coaching teams on best practices in project execution and change management.
  • • You will collaborate with internal and external business partners to share project status, results, and feedback, build and maintain professional networks, and participate in relevant industry organizations to stay current on healthcare trends, emerging technologies, and leading-edge portfolio and project management methodologies.
  • • You will remain current in healthcare industry trends and advancements in project management, including agile, lean, and Six Sigma practices, applying these skills to enhance the reliability, scalability, and impact of initiatives across LVHN’s hospitals, clinics, and administrative functions.
  • • You will work closely with senior team members and your direct supervisor to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables, demonstrating resilience, managerial courage, ethical judgment, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • • You will contribute to cultivating a strengths-based culture that values continuous learning, innovation, and highly reliable, measurable results, helping LVHN maintain its national reputation for excellence in patient safety, nursing quality, and healthcare value.

šŸŽÆ Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration, healthcare management, project management, or a closely related field.
  • • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in project management or completion of a healthcare administrative fellowship program.
  • • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, organize and prioritize multiple complex tasks, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and maintain strong attention to detail while coordinating multiple simultaneous projects.
  • • Proven team-building skills, emotional and social intelligence, resilience, managerial courage, flexibility, ethics, and professionalism in collaborative, high-stakes settings.
  • • Preferred: Master’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field; 5+ years of progressive project management experience; CSSBB (Certified Six Sigma Black Belt) certification from the American Society for Quality.
