- • As a Strategic Operations Manager at Haven Headache and Migraine Relief, you will own the execution of the company’s most critical projects, serving as the bridge between strategic ideas and fully functioning clinical and operational workflows. You will translate strategy into reality by designing systems, evaluating tools, and ensuring teams are trained to execute—directly impacting the delivery of world-class, virtual-first headache care.
- • Day to day, you will lead the implementation of high-impact projects across operations and clinical teams, partner cross-functionally to ensure initiatives are both patient-centered and business-performing, design and evaluate new service lines for operational and financial viability, identify and interpret key performance metrics to drive decisions, and serve as a go-to resolver for urgent, complex organizational challenges.
- • Haven is a virtual-first specialty clinic co-founded by board-certified headache specialists, dedicated exclusively to improving access to compassionate, expert care for migraine and headache disorder patients. The company values innovation, equity, and impact, and is backed by venture capital with a mission to scale a proven healthcare model.
- • In this role, you will gain deep experience in healthcare operations, strategic project execution, data-driven decision-making, and process design within a high-growth startup. You will have the opportunity to shape the company’s operational foundation, influence its business model, and grow as a leader through meaningful equity ownership and close collaboration with seasoned founders.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in healthcare, including operations, consulting, business operations, or a high-growth startup environment
- • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea to completion
- • Strong ability to collect, interpret, and act on data to drive operational decisions
- • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
