- • As a Strategic Partner Account Executive at Workday, you will drive net-new revenue by building strategic partnerships with large, unique partners seeking long-term investments in Workday’s AI-powered platform for managing people, money, and agents.
- • Day to day, you will develop pipeline, qualify opportunities, sign new strategic partnerships, co-create business strategies with partners, and maintain long-term executive relationships using Workday software, data, and platform capabilities.
- • You will join the Workday Global Partner Organization, a passionate and scrappy team that believes partners are essential to delivering outstanding customer experiences and extraordinary business results, working with integrity, empathy, and shared enthusiasm.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic partner sales, learn to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, and achieve measurable revenue growth while contributing to Workday’s mission of shaping the future of work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-6+ years of experience in sales or solution consulting roles with SaaS/Cloud based solutions
- • Experience managing 2-3 month sales cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities
- • Experience developing deep product expertise on new products and staying up to date with industry trends
- • Experience with account planning and coordinating with internal stakeholders to create alignment
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs
🏖️ Benefits
- • Annualized base salary range of $156,600 USD - $235,000 USD for primary and additional US locations
- • Eligibility for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, plus annual refresh stock grants
- • Flexible work approach requiring at least 50% of time each quarter spent in-office, in the field with customers/prospects/partners, or in Workday offices for important moments
