- • As a Strategic Partner Account Manager at Acronis International AG, you will drive the establishment, management, and growth of Acronis’ presence within existing and new service provider partners, directly contributing to the company’s mission of protecting the digital world through its all-in-one cyber protection platform.
- • Day to day, you will establish and grow partner relationships, recruit and onboard new MSP partners, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Planning Sessions, deliver partner forecasts and pipeline reports, enable cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Engineering teams, and work with service providers to sell Acronis Cyber Protection services to their customer base to increase adoption and revenue.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced strategic account management skills, deepen expertise in cybersecurity and cloud technologies, master partner enablement and revenue growth strategies, and gain experience influencing global outcomes through local actions, positioning yourself for leadership in strategic sales and partner ecosystems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of total sales/account management experience, specifically with strategic large accounts experience is required
- • 3+ years of experience and demonstrated sales success in recruiting and managing service provider partners, with a focus on backup, disaster recovery, security, or related cloud technologies
- • Solid strategic business development, planning, and acumen, along with strong tactical implementation sales skills
- • Technical aptitude to deliver sales and product training, with a strong understanding of product positioning and client technical needs
- • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- • Working knowledge of MS Office and Management of daily activities through CRM applications including Sales Force
- • Regional travel is required in the role. Must be willing to travel on a frequent basis, up to 50% of the time
- • Strong written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills
