- • Strategic Partner Account Manager DACH role focused on driving regional growth and development of Aircall’s partner ecosystem in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) from the Paris office.
- • You will grow pipeline and revenue through Channel partners and Agencies, including System Integrators, Solution Partners, and Digital Consulting firms, by developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound teams to ensure alignment, smooth execution, and sustained growth in the DACH market.
- • Leverage your market knowledge and leadership to strengthen partner relationships, identify new opportunities, and support joint business planning.
- • Contribute to Aircall’s mission of redefining customer communications through AI-powered voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and unified workspace solutions used by 22,000+ companies globally.
- • Operate in a fast-moving, collaborative, and data-driven environment that values ownership, continuous learning, and thoughtful speed.
- • Play a pivotal role in scaling Aircall’s presence in one of its key European markets, backed by strong investor support and rapid innovation across product lines.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in partner account management, channel sales, or alliance management, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- • Deep understanding of the DACH market, including key industries, partner ecosystems, and sales dynamics.
- • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Outbound.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to engage partners and internal teams effectively.
- • Track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue through partner-led motions.
- • Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
