- • Own and execute Deepgram’s strategic partner ecosystem strategy with named technology partners including Genesys, Databricks, Snowflake, and major telecom providers
- • Develop joint value propositions, account plans, integration strategies, and executive governance cadences to establish Deepgram as a strategic Voice AI and AI infrastructure partner within each ecosystem
- • Lead and scale sell-to motions by positioning Deepgram as an embedded Voice AI layer inside partner platforms and ecosystems
- • Drive sell-through motions by enabling partners to package and deliver repeatable AI-powered offerings to enterprise customers
- • Execute sell-with motions by co-selling into enterprise accounts alongside partner field teams and Deepgram sellers
- • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets and deliver measurable revenue outcomes through structured co-sell execution
- • Instrument forecasting, attribution, and reporting across the entire partner funnel to ensure data-driven decision-making
- • Partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and GTM teams to develop integrations, marketplace listings, reference architectures, and industry-specific joint solutions
- • Build scalable enablement programs including certifications, sales plays, demo kits, integration toolkits, and technical training for hundreds to thousands of partner sellers and solution architects
- • Leverage AI systems, agents, and automation to scale partner operations — including generating partner collateral, automating account mapping, enabling co-sell attribution, and optimizing CRM and ecosystem workflows
- • Use AI-driven tools to identify co-sell opportunities and extract actionable insights from partner and ecosystem data
- • Represent Deepgram externally through executive briefings, alliance reviews, partner summits, and industry events as a senior external voice on Voice AI and enterprise AI transformation
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Leadership teams to remove friction and accelerate partner-driven revenue growth
- • Operate with an AI-first mindset: actively use, experiment with, and build AI workflows into daily partner management activities
- • Adapt quickly to rapid changes in AI technology, partner priorities, and market dynamics — embracing ambiguity and building from zero in a fast-moving environment
- • Maintain strong operational rigor while owning pipeline performance, revenue targets, and execution outcomes with a high ownership mentality
- • Champion Deepgram’s position as the leading Voice AI platform within strategic technology ecosystems through consistent innovation and execution
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales
- • 3–5+ years directly managing strategic technology partnerships with companies such as Genesys, Databricks, Snowflake, cloud hyperscalers, or telecom providers
- • Proven success building and scaling sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with partner motions
- • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships from zero or early-stage environments
- • Strong understanding of technology ecosystems across product organizations, marketplaces, solution architecture, and enterprise field sales
- • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools, automation, or internal workflows to drive operational scale
