- • As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at dbt Labs, you will lead the GCP and Databricks Data and AI Alliances across EMEA, driving partner-sourced and influenced ARR by accelerating customer data transformations and integrating deeply into partners’ AI roadmaps.
- • Day to day, you will serve as the primary point of contact for GCP and Databricks in EMEA, build and execute regional strategy for pipeline generation and joint capability, onboard partner teams to the joint value proposition, maintain communication through scalable channels (labs, webinars, newsletters), and develop QBR plans with executive followership.
- • dbt Labs is the pioneer of analytics engineering, helping data teams transform raw data into reliable, actionable insights. With over $100M ARR and 5,400+ dbt Platform customers including AstraZeneca, Sky, Nasdaq, Volvo, and JetBlue, we are a fast-growing pre-IPO Data and AI company backed by top-tier investors like Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia Capital.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic alliance management, partner-led go-to-market execution, and AI/data infrastructure partnerships, while contributing to net new business growth and shaping dbt’s partner program through data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience in AI, analytics, ETL, BI, and/or open-sourced software
- • Knowledge of or prior experience with dbt, GCP and/or Databricks
- • Strong Sales and/or Partnership experience of building a sourcing channel
- • Entrepreneurial spirit and evidence of driving business outcomes from this
- • Must be based in the United Kingdom
