- • Netrix Global, a distinguished and award-winning global provider of cutting-edge cybersecurity and IT services, is actively seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives. This pivotal role will be instrumental in cultivating and executing strategic growth plans with our TSD Master Agency partnerships, alongside nurturing new and existing referral partners. The core mission of this position is to drive significant new bookings and maximize gross profit by recruiting and effectively managing a robust network of referral partners. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive co-sell and go-to-market strategies tailored for each partner, with a sharp focus on generating scalable lead generation that directly contributes to Netrix's revenue growth and market expansion.
- • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to generate leads that consistently convert into valuable opportunities, ultimately resulting in substantial bookings and revenue. A key objective is the acquisition of high-volume, net-new logos through the strategic engagement of our referral partner ecosystem. This Strategic Partnerships Manager position offers the flexibility of remote work, with a preference for candidates located in Austin, Texas, United States.
- • Your primary responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of partnership management and business development activities. You will be tasked with actively recruiting and diligently managing both new and existing referral and resale partners. This includes a diverse range of entities such as Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), trusted advisors, and independent consultants, all of whom will be empowered to promote the sales of Netrix's comprehensive suite of service offerings, encompassing both managed and professional services. The generation of new logo acquisition and high-quality lead opportunities will be paramount business outcomes.
- • To ensure seamless collaboration and strategic alignment, you will establish and maintain a regular monthly cadence with key partners, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). These sessions will focus on joint Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, partnership alignment and status updates, proactive escalation resolution, and thorough pipeline reviews. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner records within Netrix's CRM system (Salesforce) is critical. This includes meticulously documenting partner company information, their profiles and qualifications, key contacts, and all associated leads and opportunities.
- • You will collaborate closely with channel senior executives to support the negotiation of new partnership contracts, ensuring the establishment of mutually beneficial and enduring relationships. A significant aspect of your role will involve leading and executing joint events with partners. This will require close collaboration with our marketing, sales teams, and other relevant Netrix employees. These events can range from on-site partner engagements to webinars, and may also extend to webinars targeting partner clients and prospects.
- • In partnership with the marketing team, you will develop essential sales enablement content. This content will be designed for both Netrix's internal sales force and our channel partners, providing them with the necessary tools and information to effectively promote Netrix's offerings. A key part of your role will be to train partners on Netrix's key offerings and Go-To-Market solutions, equipping them to excel in lead generation and opportunity creation. You will also review, support, and suggest enhancements for our partner portal content, ensuring that partners always have access to the latest information on Netrix's offerings.
- • Furthermore, you will conduct strategic account mapping exercises, facilitate introductions, and cultivate lead-generating relationships with your assigned partners. The objective is to drive a consistent flow of new opportunities and bookings for Netrix. Developing the right go-to-market strategies, fostering desired behaviors, and setting clear goals will be essential, both with our partners and our internal sales teams. You will also be instrumental in driving awareness through social channels and social selling techniques, promoting our partnership program, our partners, and our joint solutions, acting as a key evangelist for Netrix and its collaborative efforts.
- • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date lead and opportunity pipeline within Netrix's CRM (Salesforce) is a non-negotiable requirement. You will work collaboratively with sales team members on all leads and opportunities generated by your channel partners, serving as a crucial Netrix liaison to guide these opportunities smoothly through the sales process. Additionally, you will provide support for ensuring that referral partner SPIFFs (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) are clearly communicated, compensation-related questions are addressed promptly, and any issues are resolved efficiently, in coordination with our accounting and channel leadership teams.
