  • • As Strategic Partnerships Manager (DACH) at n8n GmbH, you will own and scale a flagship enterprise platform partnership into the most impactful strategic alliance in the company’s history by establishing a category-defining OEM distribution model, directly contributing to n8n’s mission to revolutionize workflow automation through AI orchestration and open extensibility.
  • • You will drive end-to-end ownership of a high-stakes partnership with a major enterprise platform or hyperscaler, acting as the connective tissue between product, engineering, legal, sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership to ensure alignment, execution, and long-term strategic value creation.
  • • n8n is a rapidly growing, remote-first open-source workflow automation platform with over 650,000 active developers, 145k+ GitHub stars, and $240M in funding, backed by Sequoia and valued at $2.5B, operating from its Berlin headquarters with a global team of 220+ builders united by a shared ethos of technical empowerment and innovation.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include governing the partnership relationship, managing escalation paths, and ensuring executive alignment on both sides to maintain trust and momentum throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • • You will drive the OEM agreement from negotiation through execution, establishing clear accountability frameworks, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery and adherence to commitments.
  • • Acting as a mini GM for the partnership, you will balance long-term strategic vision with hands-on delivery, making trade-offs, resolving blockers, and keeping momentum alive even in ambiguous or cross-functional environments.
  • • You will coordinate cross-functional teams — product, engineering, legal, sales, marketing, and finance — around partnership-driven milestones, translating partner requirements into internal priorities and actionable execution plans.
  • • You will ensure tight alignment across departments to hit key partner events, product launches, and go-to-market deadlines, serving as the central hub for communication and execution.
  • • You will define and operationalize the co-sell motion, pricing logic, and partner enablement model, building the foundational processes and tools needed to scale partner-sourced revenue into an eight-figure channel and beyond.
  • • You will identify expansion opportunities within the partner ecosystem and continuously evolve the OEM model as the relationship matures, ensuring it remains competitive, differentiated, and aligned with market dynamics.
  • • You will align n8n’s long-term product and platform roadmaps with the partner’s ecosystem, surfacing strategic opportunities to deepen integration, expand distribution, and embed n8n’s AI orchestration capabilities into global enterprise workflows.
  • • You will shape how n8n becomes a foundational layer in the partner’s enterprise architecture, influencing how AI agents and workflow automation are adopted at scale across industries and geographies.
  • • In this role, you will have direct exposure to executive leadership on both sides of the partnership, offering unparalleled influence and visibility into high-stakes strategic decision-making.
  • • You will help write the playbook for a first-of-its-kind strategic partnership that has the potential to become an eight- to nine-figure revenue channel, shaping not only n8n’s go-to-market strategy but also the future of AI-powered automation in enterprise software.
  • • You will work in a remote-first, high-autonomy culture that values ownership, impact, and transparency, where your contributions are measured by outcomes, not hours logged, and where experimentation and initiative are encouraged.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strategic platform partnerships: You have owned and scaled high-stakes partnerships with large enterprise platforms or hyperscalers.
  • • Technical fluency: You are comfortable going deep on APIs, cloud architectures, SaaS, and AI or agent-based systems.
  • • Complex deal execution: You have a track record of driving multi-stakeholder, cross-functional OEM or embedded SaaS deals to closure.
  • • Executive communication: You communicate clearly and credibly with senior executives, both internally and externally.
  • • Ownership mindset: You are hands-on, execution-driven, and thrive in ambiguity without relying on formal authority.
  • • Developer platforms exposure: You have worked on or with developer tools, platforms, or workflow automation products.
  • • Enterprise ecosystem experience: You bring direct experience navigating large enterprise software ecosystems and partner landscapes.
