- • Day to day, the role involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships with systems integrators, aligning joint go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure partner success and revenue growth.
- • The Alliances team at Gearset is focused on delighting partners and scaling the company’s impact as an industry innovator in Salesforce DevOps, operating with confidence in product strength and market potential.
- • In this role, the person will develop expertise in Salesforce ecosystem dynamics, strategic partnership management, and joint business planning, while contributing directly to Gearset’s expansion and market leadership.

- • Proven experience in partner management, alliances, or business development within the Salesforce ecosystem or related technology sectors.
- • Strong ability to identify, engage, and maintain relationships with systems integrators and technology partners.
- • Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies that drive measurable partner-sourced revenue.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product.
- • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and the broader Salesforce technology landscape.
- • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
