- • Strategic Partnerships Manager (Salesforce Ecosystem) at Gearset Ltd, a remote role based in the USA, focused on building and managing regional systems integrators within the Salesforce ecosystem to drive partner success and company growth.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with systems integrators; developing joint go-to-market strategies; coordinating technical and business alignment; tracking partnership performance; and serving as the primary liaison between Gearset and partner organizations.
- • The Alliances team at Gearset is dedicated to delighting partners and growing together as an industry innovator in Salesforce DevOps, operating with confidence in the product’s market potential and ambitious future plans.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in Salesforce ecosystem partnerships, gain experience in strategic alliance management, contribute to revenue growth through partner channels, and build a professional network within the Salesforce and DevOps communities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in partner management, alliances, or business development within the technology or SaaS sector
- • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with systems integrators or consulting firms
- • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce products, AppExchange, or DevOps practices
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across internal teams and external partners
- • Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies and measuring partnership performance
- • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
