- ā¢ As a Strategic Product Consultant for Procore Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in helping Owners customers maximize the value of Procoreās Project Management, Quality & Safety product line by translating deep construction industry expertise into actionable software guidance. This role bridges the gap between construction operations and technology adoption, ensuring clients not only use Procore effectively but become advocates for digital transformation in their organizations.
- ā¢ Day to day, you will work closely with Project Managers to consult with Owners clients on optimizing their use of Procore across project lifecycles, including bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, document control, scheduling, quality control, and safety processes. You will deliver tailored training and best practice recommendations that align with real estate development and construction workflows, helping clients standardize operations and improve efficiency through technology. You will also collaborate with Customer Success Engineers to supplement formal training with advanced technical insights, ensuring clients receive holistic support that combines product knowledge with industry context.
- ā¢ You will foster a culture of continuous learning by onboarding, mentoring, and guiding team members, sharing your field experience to elevate the collective expertise of the Strategic Product Consultants team. Your contributions will help shape internal best practices, influence product evolution, and position Procore as a trusted advisor in the construction technology space.

- ā¢ In this role, you will deepen your mastery of Procoreās full platform ecosystem, including emerging technologies and Customer Success methodologies, while refining your consultative and communication skills. Youāll gain exposure to enterprise-level implementation strategies, change management practices, and cross-functional collaborationāpositioning yourself for growth into senior advisory, product strategy, or customer success leadership roles within Procore or the broader construction tech industry.
šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ 2+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a background in roles such as Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer
- ā¢ Hands-on experience managing construction projects, including bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, document control, scheduling, quality control, and safety processes
- ā¢ Preferred: Experience establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and a Bachelorās degree

- ā¢ Competitive base pay range of $91,800.00 - $126,225.00 USD annually
- ā¢ On Target Earnings (OTE) range of $108,000.00 - $148,500.00 USD annually, including bonus incentives
