📋 Description

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs with high business impact across multiple teams and functions, translating strategy into actionable initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Own planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and execution tracking for programs, including budget oversight, performance metrics, and quality assurance to drive successful delivery.
• Join CSAA Insurance Group, a leading personal lines property and casualty insurer and AAA affiliate, where you’ll contribute to a mission-driven culture focused on innovative, human-centered solutions for members.
• Develop expertise in program maturity, mentor junior resources, establish scalable operating models, and influence senior stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and innovation in program execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of project/program management experience with mid-scale to large, ambiguous, cross-functional programs
• Experience in personal lines insurance required, with specific exposure to auto and homeowners lines of business
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
• PMP/PMI certification or equivalent experience as a program manager for 5+ years
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate effectively with executives
• Advanced organizational, multitasking, analytical, and critical thinking skills
