  • • As a Strategic Sales Executive at SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling the company’s industry-leading Identity Security solutions to enterprise customers across Belgium and beyond. You will be instrumental in helping organizations solve critical identity and access management challenges, positioning SailPoint as the trusted advisor in a market where half of the Fortune 500 and half of the ASX 50 rely on its technology.   • • You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, delivering tailored presentations and demonstrations, responding to RFPs, negotiating contracts, and managing post-sale handoffs to ensure customer success. Daily activities involve engaging with business stakeholders and technical decision-makers at all levels, collaborating with presales, professional services, partner managers, deal desk, and customer success teams to act as the ā€˜quarterback’ of complex sales opportunities. You will maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene, forecast accurately, develop territory and opportunity plans, and continuously refine your go-to-market strategy in partnership with leadership, marketing, and channel teams to outperform quarterly and annual revenue quotas.

  • • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales expertise, mastering complex solution selling against formidable competitors like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt. You will gain proficiency in strategic account planning, stakeholder mapping, competitive positioning, and leveraging partner ecosystems to deliver holistic value. Over your first six months, you will earn enablement badges such as ā€˜1st Mate’ and ā€˜Captain’ on SailPoint’s HighSpot platform, build a pipeline 2–3x your target, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to top-tier accounts — positioning you for accelerated career growth within a global leader in cybersecurity identity solutions.

  • • Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas in enterprise software or technology sales, preferably in identity and access management (IAM), cybersecurity, or related SaaS solutions.
  • • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives, technical decision-makers, and business stakeholders across complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools (e.g., Clari, HighSpot), including accurate forecasting, activity tracking, and pipeline management.
  • • Experience selling against or positioning solutions versus Microsoft, Okta, or Saviynt, with deep understanding of competitive differentiators in the identity security market.
  • • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including presales, professional services, partner management, deal desk, and customer success to drive deal velocity and customer outcomes.
  • • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, sales, or a related field (preferred but not required); equivalent professional experience will be considered.
