- • Strategic Solution Architect (Global) at Salesforce, Inc. serves as a strategic hub connecting Japanese customers with the India Global Delivery Center (GDC) to lead business transformation using Salesforce, going beyond basic system integration to deliver advisory services in strategy, transformation design, project execution support, and governance optimization.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading joint delivery with GDC architects, applying and optimizing the Salesforce Professional Service Methodology (SPSM) for the Japanese market, leveraging AI tools for code generation, documentation, test automation, and customer proposals to enhance delivery speed and quality, acting as prime contractor from requirements to Go-live, facilitating requirements gathering, architecture design, quality control, and CI/CD setup, bridging cultural and process differences between Japan’s documentation culture and GDC’s agile approach, and directly engaging with customers to negotiate scope and translate Japanese context into clear instructions for GDC.
- • The team operates within Salesforce’s global Professional Services organization, collaborating with the India GDC to deliver high-value, AI-enabled transformation projects for Japanese enterprises, combining deep local business context with world-class technical capabilities and global standard methodologies to maximize customer ROI.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation, gain experience leading hybrid global teams, master the application of AI in delivery processes, strengthen cross-cultural leadership and stakeholder management skills, and position themselves as a Trusted Advisor capable of driving strategic change at the intersection of technology, process, and culture.
