  • • As a Strategic Transformation & Change Management Partner at BetterUp, you will play a central role in driving successful enterprise transformations by co-creating change management strategies with clients, ensuring the right people are prepared at the right time with the right messages across all organizational levels.
  • • You will lead change communications strategy for major enterprise deployments, designing narratives and messaging architectures that inspire adoption and alignment, translating complex business and talent challenges into clear, compelling change stories, and sustaining momentum through multi-channel campaigns.
  • • You will work within BetterUp’s innovative, human-centered culture that values transformation, authenticity, and impact—where employees receive personal coaching, development plans, and work in teams where everyone has access to a BetterUp Coach, fostering a deeply supportive and growth-oriented environment.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in leading change through storytelling and influence, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and gain experience shaping organizational transformation at scale—positioning you as a strategic leader in change management and communications.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in high-growth transformation, change management, and storytelling
  • • Deep experience in change management, organizational transformation, or human capital consulting
  • • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft and deliver narratives that move hearts and minds
  • • Multi-disciplinary skillset spanning change, communications, and experience design—able to think like a consultant and deliver like a marketer
  • • Experience working with enterprise clients in large-scale, global organizations where complexity is the norm
  • • Proven ability to build trust and influence across senior stakeholders and act as a thought partner and driver of change
