• • As a Strategic Transformation Lead within the Center for Daring Leadership (CDL) at BetterUp, you will drive change management strategies that transform program launches into lasting organizational shifts for enterprise clients, working directly with senior leaders to build belief, sustain momentum, and cascade transformation across complex global organizations.
• • You will architect end-to-end change strategies, design compelling communications across multiple channels, act as a trusted advisor to CHRO-, CPO-, and L&D-level stakeholders, and build reusable frameworks and listening loops to refine interventions as programs evolve.
