- • In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep industry expertise and technological insight to guide both our customers and internal CDW teams. Your primary objective will be to anticipate evolving industry needs, deliver differentiated value, and shape CDW’s strategic direction and solution development within this critical healthcare segment.
- • You will be instrumental in building and nurturing robust, long-term relationships with key customer executives, program leaders, operational stakeholders, and technical teams. This involves facilitating high-level strategic discussions that align with customers’ long-term visions, enhance their technological capabilities, and mature their organizational readiness.
- • A significant part of your role will involve presenting and demonstrating industry-aligned strategies, comprehensive solutions, and cutting-edge architectures, often incorporating partner technologies. You will actively participate in crucial customer engagements, including onsite meetings, executive briefings, in-depth business reviews, and advisory sessions, all aimed at guiding customer decision-making processes.
- • By collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups within customer organizations, you will effectively influence requirements and help define the direction of innovative solutions, ensuring they meet the unique challenges of rural and community healthcare.
- • As a subject matter expert, you will play a vital role during customer presentations, throughout sales cycles, in solution briefings, and during the pursuit of large, complex opportunities. Your ability to clearly articulate CDW’s unique value proposition to customers, technology partners, and our internal sales force will be paramount to success.
- • You will also be a key player in enabling our sales teams, providing them with in-depth training and mentorship on emerging industry trends, competitive intelligence, effective solution messaging, and advanced customer engagement strategies. This includes supporting sellers in navigating intricate procurement environments and proactively identifying opportunities for CDW to provide additional value.
- • To further drive team readiness and market penetration, you will participate in customer webinars, conference calls, and various internal enablement activities. A critical aspect of this role is the ability to translate the strategic vision of customer boards into tangible, high-value sales opportunities for CDW.
- • On the solution development front, you will be responsible for translating complex industry problems into scalable, repeatable solution offerings that seamlessly integrate with CDW’s existing portfolio. This requires close collaboration with our engineering, services, product management, and logistics teams to design complete, end-to-end solution packages.
- • You will coordinate the involvement of technology partners, ensuring that integrated solutions effectively address real-world industry use cases and deliver maximum impact. Furthermore, you will assist in qualifying and scoping solution opportunities within target accounts, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and CDW’s strategic objectives.
- • Your role extends to supporting the continuous development of new offerings, incorporating emerging technologies, addressing evolving regulatory requirements, and responding to dynamic customer demand patterns within the healthcare sector.
- • As a recognized thought leader within CDW’s strategist organization, you will guide the conversation on how technology can positively transform the rural and community healthcare landscape. This involves continuously monitoring emerging trends, regulatory shifts, competitive movements, and technological innovations relevant to the industry.
- • You will critically evaluate new technology approaches, assessing their potential value, the problems they solve, their market viability, and their alignment with CDW’s overarching strategic roadmap. Identifying target markets and high-value account segments where CDW can significantly expand its influence will be a key responsibility.
- • Finally, you will represent CDW at prominent conferences, industry events, executive briefings, and professional forums, actively working to strengthen our brand presence and enhance our credibility within the healthcare technology space.
