- • The Strategy Advancement Principle is a senior leadership role responsible for advancing Humana’s contact center strategy, driving data-informed decision-making across business units and external partners, and serving as a trusted advisor to the Contact Center VP on enterprise initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading performance reporting, developing performance metric dashboards and scorecards, preparing executive presentations, managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating team engagement activities, and acting as a liaison between the contact center and senior leadership to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
- • The role operates within Humana’s contact center organization, supporting a large workforce of approximately 13,000 employees and a $400M P&L across multiple product lines, collaborating with internal teams and BPO partners to align strategy, performance, and operations with company goals.
- • The incumbent will develop expertise in strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, performance analytics, and executive communication, gaining influence over contact center transformation, go-to-market initiatives, and enterprise-wide process improvements while building credibility as a trusted thought partner.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA in Analytics, Mathematics, or Business; MBA preferred
- • 3+ years of experience in project and people leadership
- • Demonstrated ability to drive consensus and strategic outcomes in large, complex groups across multiple leadership levels
- • Exceptional organizational skills with proven experience managing concurrent high-impact projects
- • Advanced negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to visualize and articulate concise, compelling messages
- • Strategic mindset with ability to assess upstream/downstream impacts and influence decision-making at multiple levels
- • Exceptional analytical skills, including querying complex datasets, setting KPIs, building visualizations, and managing performance to expectations
- • Experience with contact center operations, performance management, and organizational transformation is highly preferred
