  • • Drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency within Zillow Group's StreetEasy RevOps team by identifying and resolving process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • • Play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between high-touch sales strategies and data-driven marketplace operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and fostering sustained revenue expansion.
  • • Contribute directly to the success of StreetEasy's advertising and buyer programs by supporting the weekly rhythm of business, managing complex optimization projects, and leveraging analytical insights.
  • • Analyze and meticulously map existing business processes to pinpoint areas of friction and opportunities for enhancement, ultimately boosting the productivity of front-line sales and support teams.
  • • Establish, track, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and critical success metrics for core revenue-generating processes, providing clear measurement of the impact of new tools, dashboards, and operational improvements.
  • • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks for both existing and emerging products, delivering insightful, data-driven narratives to leadership to effectively communicate program health and performance.
  • • Lead and manage revenue optimization projects from their initial conception through to successful completion, ensuring all initiatives are strategically aligned with overarching business objectives and team goals.
  • • Foster strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, actively soliciting feedback to ensure that implemented technical and process enhancements effectively elevate both sales effectiveness and the overall customer journey.
  • • Tackle ambiguous and complex business problems by conducting thorough end-to-end quantitative and qualitative analyses, providing actionable insights that inform critical strategic business decisions.
  • • Evaluate the current tooling landscape for front-line teams, identifying critical needs and existing shortfalls, and partnering closely with product teams to refine and optimize the technology stack utilized by the sales organization.
  • • Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations and compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, from front-line staff to senior leadership.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within revenue operations, championing new approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • Support the development and implementation of new sales policies, tools, and process improvements, potentially leading change management efforts for large front-line teams.
  • • Gain a deep understanding of the real estate industry and the unique operational challenges and opportunities within a dynamic marketplace like New York City.
  • • Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence within the RevOps team and across StreetEasy.
