• • The Strategy and Operations Associate at Haast Technologies Inc. will sit at the intersection of every business function, working directly with founders to diagnose problems, build solutions, and drive execution as the company scales its agentic AI platform for enterprise legal and compliance teams into a $50B global market.
• • Day to day, the role involves driving strategy and planning by defining OKRs and managing business cycles, acting as an internal consultant across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to solve critical problems in short sprints, defining operating systems through playbooks and processes, making data-driven decisions by owning the 'truth' of the business, and building tech-enabled solutions when opportunities arise.
• • Haast is a VC-backed company building one of the first agentic systems for enterprise legal and compliance that automates manual work, having already cut review times by 80% and boosted productivity 4x in two years, with a leadership team rooted in top-tier consulting and law, and a mission to transform compliance from a checkbox exercise into intelligent automation.
• • In this role, the person will learn to operate at the highest level of strategic ambiguity, gain end-to-end business exposure across GTM, product, and finance, develop deep analytical and execution skills, influence cross-functional teams without authority, and accelerate their career growth in a high-stakes, high-learning environment where 12 months can deliver 3 years of experience.
