  • • Strategy and Operations Associate at Finni Health Inc. plays a critical role in shaping the company’s next phase of growth as it prepares for Series B funding, working directly with leadership to solve high-impact, ambiguous business challenges that directly influence scalability, profitability, and market positioning in the ABA therapy technology space.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include driving enterprise-level strategy by leading cross-functional initiatives in operational scaling, growth strategy, cost optimization, workflow automation, and new product development from problem definition through execution and measurable results; translating company strategy into tactical operational plans, establishing operating cadences, and tracking performance against enterprise-wide KPIs; designing and maintaining analytical dashboards, reporting systems, and frameworks using BI tools to provide leadership and clinic operators with actionable visibility into business performance; identifying and implementing automation opportunities using AI tools, data pipelines, and process redesign to reduce manual overhead and scale operations efficiently; developing rigorous financial models, business cases, and multi-year projections to support investment, pricing, and growth decisions; partnering with practice owners and the Practice Success team to identify levers for clinic-level growth, utilization improvement, and operational efficiency; and evaluating vendors and partners through structured frameworks, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring accountability against agreed service levels.
  • • The BizOps team is a small, high-urgency group of generalists who think rigorously and own work that directly shapes Finni’s trajectory, operating with close collaboration with company leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment backed by Y Combinator and General Catalyst, where the mission centers on empowering ABA providers to own, operate, and scale thriving practices serving over 1,000 children with 600,000+ annualized care hours on the platform.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop advanced strategic and operational expertise in high-stakes decision-making, gain deep exposure to financial modeling, AI-driven process automation, and enterprise analytics, while building executive communication skills and cross-functional leadership experience that accelerates career growth in strategy, operations, or general management within high-impact health tech startups.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, internal strategy, BizOps at high-growth startups, or a similarly rigorous analytical and operating role
  • • Builder mentality with hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents to accelerate workflows and automate processes from scratch
  • • Strong command of SQL and proven experience building and maintaining dashboards in BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, or PowerBI
  • • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for financial modeling, scenario analysis, and multi-variable projections
  • • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities, drive complex cross-functional projects to completion, and align diverse stakeholders
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to synthesize complex analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
