📋 Description

• As Strategy and Operations Lead at Solace Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare by ensuring patients can access expert health advocates and make better decisions, directly addressing the critical issue of low health literacy affecting 88% of U.S. adults.
• You will partner closely with the Chief Medical Officer’s Chief of Staff and the CMO to design and execute strategic projects that advance clinical strategy and business growth, own delivery of high-visibility initiatives, develop data-driven recommendations and implementation roadmaps, create compelling presentations for leadership, and design and monitor KPI frameworks to assess risks and ensure outcomes.
• Solace is a Series C healthcare startup founded in 2022, backed by top-tier venture capital firms including Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, and IVP, with a lean, mission-driven U.S.-based team dedicated to redefining healthcare through urgency, precision, and heart.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategic operations, program management, or management consulting
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or adjacent industries strongly preferred, with understanding of clinical operations and regulatory environments a significant plus
• Exceptional analytical and business development skills, with proven ability to break down complex problems, develop compelling business cases, and analyze operational data to drive decision-making
• Strong track record of leading successful strategic initiatives from conception through delivery, including experience with planning, risk management, and performance optimization
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, discerning judgement, with ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and functional areas
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH) preferred
