📋 Description

• Strategy & Investor Relations Associate at Skydropx plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic growth by developing business cases, financial models, and roadmaps for new ventures, directly contributing to Skydropx’s mission to transform logistics across LATAM and enable regional businesses to operate without logistical friction.
• The role bridges strategic planning and investor engagement, ensuring that innovative initiatives are not only financially viable and market-validated but also compellingly communicated to stakeholders, making it essential for scaling Skydropx’s venture portfolio and securing future funding.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed business cases and financial models to assess the economic viability of new ventures, designing and evaluating business models aligned with corporate strategy, and defining clear, measurable goals for new initiatives to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• The associate constructs structured, actionable roadmaps for validating, launching, and scaling ventures, continuously monitors the status of business models and project portfolios, and generates visibility into performance to support timely decision-making by leadership.
• They conduct investment analyses to determine required resources and viability of initiatives, perform market and competitive analysis including benchmarks and acquisition opportunities, and prepare executive-grade strategic materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• A key aspect of the role involves supporting fundraising efforts by preparing data rooms, investor materials, and tracking potential investors, while also responding to inquiries from investors and the C-suite with accurate, timely, and well-structured information.
• The associate actively contributes to building Skydropx’s strategic narrative for current and potential investors through reports, presentations, and business updates, and coordinates cross-functional teams to execute strategies, resolve blockers, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery of results.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in top-tier consulting firms, venture capital, corporate innovation departments, innovation labs, or new ventures divisions of unicorn companies, or prior experience in a similar strategic role.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to validate business models and conduct economic feasibility studies to assess venture viability.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to support international stakeholder engagement and fundraising activities.
• Exceptional analytical skills to rapidly assess sectors, identify key value drivers, and quantify the economic potential of new business ideas.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management ability to build networks, coordinate cross-functional projects, and inspire teams toward execution.
• Proven track record of ‘making it happen’—executing ideas into tangible outcomes with rigor, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
