• • The Strategy Lead at SEI Foundation serves as the Executive Director’s strategic right hand, acting as a force multiplier who ensures organizational alignment, drives execution of ED-level priorities, and maintains operational rigor across functions. This role is critical to translating high-level strategy into measurable outcomes and keeping the organization running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-growth Web3 environment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the Executive Director’s agenda by preparing briefings, analyses, pre-read materials, and follow-up actions for key meetings; serving as a proxy for the ED in internal and cross-functional discussions; tracking and driving completion of strategic objectives; drafting internal and external communications on behalf of the ED; designing and maintaining operating rhythms such as planning cycles, project trackers, and executive updates; leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution; identifying organizational gaps and process inefficiencies and implementing proactive solutions; ensuring decisions are documented, communicated, and followed through; serving as a central hub for information flow and alignment across teams; cultivating strong internal relationships to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture; owning special projects and time-sensitive initiatives without a clear functional home; supporting onboarding of senior hires; and helping maintain team culture and communication norms across a distributed, async-first team.

• • In this role, the Strategy Lead will develop deep expertise in blockchain strategy and organizational scaling within a pioneering Web3 infrastructure project. They will sharpen their ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, gain visibility into executive decision-making, and build influence across functions. Success in this position offers a clear pathway to senior leadership roles in operations, strategy, or chief of staff functions within high-growth tech or Web3 organizations, while contributing directly to the advancement of a foundational blockchain protocol.
