- • As a Strategy & Operations professional at TLDR Inc., you will own and drive high-priority initiatives end-to-end across any function, serving as the connective tissue between the CEO, functional leads, and execution teams to ensure outcomes are measurable and repeatable.
- • Day to day, you will structure ambiguous problems into clear analyses and action plans, design and run the company's operating cadences (reporting cycles, planning processes, review rhythms), maintain shared sources of truth, and build lightweight systems to improve operational scalability and alignment.
- • TLDR Inc. is the largest network of tech newsletters in the world with over 7M subscribers, backed by a 26-person full-time team of alumni from top media brands like TikTok, Business Insider, and Morning Brew, and supported by major tech advertisers including AWS, Google Cloud, and Notion.
- • In this role, you will learn to drive execution in a hyper-growth environment, build systems from scratch, translate complex analysis into exec-ready outputs, and earn trust as the go-to leader for critical, time-sensitive initiatives that directly inform major strategic decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7+ years in business operations, finance, or management consulting, with at least 2 years in a cross-functional ops or chief-of-staff-type role at a high-growth company
- • Experience operating in a hyper-growth environment where structure was being built, not inherited
- • Analytically rigorous with first-principles thinking, advanced spreadsheet skills, and experience building models, trackers, and analyses from scratch (SQL or BI tools a plus)
- • Effective cross-functional operator who can drive execution across teams without direct authority, without creating friction
- • Strong communicator able to translate complex analysis into clear, exec-ready written and verbal outputs
